Mary & Max (2009)

A tale of friendship between two unlikely pen pals: Mary, a lonely, eight-year-old girl living in the suburbs of Melbourne, and Max, a forty-four-year old, severely obese man living in New York.

My rating: 4/5. The premise is a little odd, but I would recommend it to anyone, it’s a great little film about friendship & what it can mean to people. It’s not for kids despite it being animated but it’s not outrageous or rude either.
